TankActive account deletion starts in the mobile app or web settings, requires email confirmation, and then enters a 30-day retention window before final deletion and anonymization.
Open Account Settings in the TankActive mobile app or web app, verify your password, and submit the self-service deletion request.
We send a secure confirmation link by email. Deletion is not scheduled until that link is used. A separate secure cancellation link is also sent.
After confirmation, the account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days. Cancellation is explicit through the secure cancellation link, not by logging back in.
TankActive may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, financial reporting, legal compliance, or audit obligations. Those records are retained only as necessary and anonymized where feasible.
