TankActive integrates seamlessly with Omntec Proteus systems. Simply provide your Proteus hostname or IP address during setup, and we'll establish a secure connection. Our step-by-step wizard guides you through the entire process, which typically takes less than 10 minutes.
TankActive sends real-time alerts for critical events including: leak alarms, high/low inventory levels, sensor failures, delivery notifications, and compliance deadlines. Alerts can be delivered via email, SMS, or mobile push notifications based on your preferences.
Tank inventory and status data is updated in real-time, typically every 5-15 minutes depending on your ATG system configuration. Critical alarms are transmitted immediately to ensure you never miss an important event.
Yes! TankActive is designed for multi-site operations. You can monitor unlimited locations from a single dashboard, with pricing based on the number of active locations. Each location can have its own users and permission settings.
TankActive works with all major ATG systems including Omntec Proteus (direct integration), Veeder-Root TLS, Franklin Fueling, and OPW. For non-Proteus systems, we provide a TankActive Gateway device for seamless connectivity.
Navigate to the Reports section in your dashboard, select your location and date range, then choose the report type (monthly, annual, or custom). Reports are automatically populated with your tank data and can be downloaded as PDF or CSV files for regulatory submissions.
If we detect a communication failure with your ATG, you'll receive an immediate alert. TankActive retains your historical data and will automatically resume monitoring once connectivity is restored. No data is lost during offline periods.
